Creating Affordable Housing & Commercial/Retail Developments
It has always been difficult to develop lower-income communities in the best of times. As many people believe that we are in, or moving towards, a recession, do we need to revisit or change, our views on developing lower income communities? Is the general strategy of homeownership and commercial/retail economic development for these communities still a viable strategy?
